1. Do you offer delivery?
   • Yes, we offer delivery, installation and collection within Melbourne for an additional fee depending on where the event is taking place. Alternatively, you can collect from our warehouse in Coburg North.

1. Do your neon signs require power or are they battery operated?
   • Our neon signs require power from a regular wall outlet.

1. Are your neon signs suitable for outdoor use?
   • Our neon signs can be used outdoors, but they are not weather proof. Should the weather become wet, it is your responsibility to move the sign indoors or out of the weather to avoid damage.

1. How long is the hire period of your neon signs?
   • The hire period is typically one day, but this depends on other bookings and whether you have booked delivery, installation and collection or if you are collecting and returning the item yourself.
   • If we deliver, install and collect we typically deliver the day of the event and collect the following day.
   • If you collect and return yourself for a weekend event you can collect on the Friday and return on the Tuesday.

1. Do you provide equipment and supplies to install the neon sign.
   • Yes! If you book delivery, installation and collection we provide everything required to install the neon sign- this includes extension leads and adapters. We just ask that you inform us if we will need a ladder or particularly long extension lead or if your venue has any other specific requirements. If you are collecting the item, supplies and equipment to install the sign are your responsibility.

1. Where are you located?
   • Our warehouse is located in Coburg North.

1. Can you deliver neon sign and other hire items interstate?
   • Neon signs and other hire items cannot be delivered interstate. Custom neon signs for purchase can be shipped anywhere in the world.

1. Do I need a backdrop or can I attach the sign directly to the wall?
   • If your venue allows, you can hang the sign from nails or hooks in the wall. Alternatively, you will need a freestanding backdrop to attach the sign to ( we have these items for hire). We use fishing wire or cable ties to hang the neon sign from the backdrop.

1. Will I need a van or will the hire items fit in my car?
   • Most of our neon signs and backdrops for hire will fit in any car, provided that the seats can be folded down. This excludes our white mesh backdrops as they are not collapsible.

1. Can I hang the neon sign using sticky hooks?
   • This is not recommended and any damage caused by the sticky hooks not holding will result in the loss of your bond and additional damage fees if required.

1. Do you charge a bond?
   • Yes, we charge a $150 refundable bond.

1. When will my bond be returned?
   • Your bond will be returned within 5 business days of the items being picked up or returned undamaged.
